It’s now more than a decade ago that the first bio-hotels linked up.
We were there from the beginning. By now the group has grown to over 100 bio hotels across seven European countries.

All our food is 100% organic.
 With our purchasing strategy we determine how food is produced and processed, and what methods are used to look after plants and animals. We reject any kind of genetic engineering and the use of antibiotics.
We are also very proud of our wine list with 70 certified organic wines - naturally focussing on South Tyrol.

In our beauty department we use exclusively organic products from South Tyrol.

We value honesty and transparency, and so we welcome the 2 strict and independent organic inspectors who arrive unannounced once a year to inspect our whole hotel.
