Our passionate chefs are committed to using and refining high-quality organic products in the kitchen, thus proving their talent and their craftsmanship.
Everything on our breakfast table is homemade: muesli made from unrefined grains, 4-6 jams of which 2 are raw preserves, sweetened only with honey and prepared fresh every day, various stewed fruit, fresh stewed apple, whole grain breads, raised pastries and marble cake, nougat crème, various spreads, hot millet-oat porridge, organic Speck cured ham, cold smoked venison sausages.

We are excited to announce that 2025 will be a very special year - the year in which we are planning a complete renovation of our main building.
In order to further consolidate our holistic concept of sustainability,
we have chosen to build a climate house in natural solid wood construction.
This allows us to set new standards in green tourism and actively contribute to the future of environmentally conscious travel.
